From Lawn to Luxury: A Front Yard Transformation on Eagle Mountain

This week we had the pleasure of working on a project on Hibiscus Court in the beautiful Eagle Mountain area of Abbotsford. The homeowners were having a tough time with their front yard. Due to water restrictions and maintenance headaches, their natural grass was patchy and just not looking its best. They wanted a solution that would give them a gorgeous lawn without all the fuss.

We suggested installing artificial grass, and they loved the idea. So, we got to work. First, we brought in a mini excavator and a big team to tear up all the old turf. We also removed the existing plants and graded the area to make it perfect for the new grass. One cool part of this project was keeping the existing sprinkler system intact. This way, they could still use it in the future for watering new plants or other needs.

Once the area was prepped, we laid down a gravel base and then installed the artificial grass. We covered both sides of the front yard, ensuring everything looked pristine and well-maintained. To add a special touch, we created a rock garden with native plants and added a stylish trim around it.

The transformation was amazing. The once patchy and frustrating lawn turned into a lush, green, and low-maintenance space. The homeowners were absolutely thrilled with the new look. Their front yard now stands out in the neighborhood, providing a beautiful and worry-free outdoor area they can enjoy all year round.
